“El vuelo del colibrí”, a documentary made as an integrated project by José Luis Castro and Génnesis García, won the award for best short documentary, among hundreds of candidates, at the XIII International Festival ‘A pantalla abierta’, organized by the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México.
“El vuelo del colibrí” is currently touring national and international audiovisual festivals. The film is part of the official selection at INCORTO Film Festival in Mexico and at the Kolkata Shorts International Film Festival. The documentary is also part of the official selection of the IV Guayaquil International Film Festival.
