As part of the "Eco-Enfoque" Conservation Photography Contest, Cristhian Morán and Ángel Bayona, students from the Faculty of Art, Design, and Audiovisual Communication (FADCOM), have been awarded honorable mentions for their photographs. This contest, aimed at promoting biodiversity conservation and raising environmental awareness, invited participation from both professional and amateur photographers over the age of 18, who are either residents or citizens of Ecuador.
The contest jury, composed of experts in photography and coastal nature conservation, rigorously evaluated the submitted images and selected those that highlighted the natural beauty of the Ecuadorian coast and the need to protect it.
