The project "Leyendas de Barro" from the Faculty of Arts, Design, and Audiovisual Communication has been awarded Bronze in the Modern Art category at the Lux Awards 23.
This event, held at Club Biblos in Samborondón, brought together various personalities from the creative field, important companies in the advertising area, and prominent local brands, setting a record for the number of entries in all its editions.
Diego Tapia, a student of the Bachelor's in Product Design, led the design team of the sculpture that received third place among seven finalist projects in its category.
This monument is an artistic expression that merges tradition and modernity, with forms symbolizing the connection between the past and the present, paying homage to the dedication of potters and the legacy passed down through generations.
