Students from the Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design at the Faculty of Art, Design, and Audiovisual Communication of ESPOL made an educational visit to the facilities of Matriflexo, S.A., a company specialized in flexography. The visits took place throughout the week and aimed to provide students of the Graphic Design IV course with an in-depth knowledge of this printing technique and its relationship with graphic design.

During the visit, students received detailed instructions and concepts on how graphic design is applied in the flexographic industry. They were welcomed by Cristian Cordero, head of the design department, and Klever Noroña, the company's graphic designer. In the production section, Luis Zambrano, technical advisor in flexography, and Juan Chunga, head of production, explained the technical and operational processes involved in the creation of flexographic plates.
