The short film "Tengo algo que confesarte" ("I Have Something to Confess to You"), directed by Sergio Ortiz and produced by Ariana Solórzano, students of the Media Production career at FADCOM. The writer Marcelo Báez Meza, Ph.D., professor at FADCOM, won the XI National Literature Contest Miguel Riofrío, in the short novel genre. This literary contest, which is held annually, is promoted by the Casa de la Cultura Ecuatoriana Benjamín Carrión Núcleo de Loja. 12/08/2023

The Faculty of Art, Design and Audiovisual Communication organized the third edition of the ArteMalo contest. On this occasion, more than 350 works of art from polytechnic students participated.
