The "New Vanguards" project is an educational initiative in which 35 students from the Art and Science course at FADCOM have integrated fine arts concepts with contemporary scientific theories. The presentation was guided by instructor Jacqueline Mejía, M.Sc., who led the students in the research and creation of their projects, which were presented to a jury composed of professionals from the graphic field.

The students worked on combining traditional artistic techniques with modern scientific approaches to develop their works. Each project was created by incorporating elements that result in a fusion of concepts represented in a graphic piece. The goal of "New Vanguards" is to explore and establish a new artistic movement that blends scientific knowledge with artistic creativity.

This approach encourages students to explore new possibilities in the field of art and science, allowing them to have a more integrated and contemporary vision. The presentation of "New Vanguards" highlights the commitment of the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral to innovation in art and science. This project demonstrates how creativity and knowledge can merge to open new possibilities.
