We visited the Kayaking Club to learn about one of the most practiced sports at the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL). Together with Julian Peralta, president of the club, we pedaled along the main bike path and the 'advanced' bike path -for more experienced cyclists-, located behind the School of Design and Visual Communication (EDCOM).
During the ride we were able to appreciate all the landscapes and nature that surrounds ESPOL, during an hour and a half of speed and curves. With a warm and ideal weather for a bike ride, we faced the hills and steep slopes that are a challenge for club members and all cyclists who come every day to enjoy these roads.
